Return & Exchange Policy

 

 

At Sue W Collection we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns & exchanges (subject to availability) within 15 days of your purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on, be returned in the original packaging, and without signs of wear or use.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

** Due to our shoes being handcrafted we suggest trying on the shoes on clean carpeted surfaces only. For the return or exchange to be approved, the soles must be in perfect condition upon arrival to our return & exchange department.  **

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us at support@suewcollection.com
  2. In the email indicate the order number, your name, the product(s) you wish to return or exchange and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 

Additional Information:

It usually takes within 3 to 5 business days to receive your returned items in our warehouse. Once your item(s) has been received and approved, your reimbursement or exchange will be processed.

Returns: A credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after this process.

Exchanges: Your replacement product will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after this process.
